Reeds by Kathryn Fields DiCola

     As a professional oboist with much experience as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestral player, I know the importance of warm sounding, free-blowing, stable reeds for the oboe, English horn and oboe d'amore.  My reeds are made to play A440.  The reeds I sell are reeds that I would play myself.  If I won't play it, I won't sell it to you.

     I play a Covey oboe, a Loree oboe d'amore and Loree English horn.  I use bocals made by John Symer for both my oboe d'amore and my English horn.

     I also enjoy teaching the oboe.  I am available for private lessons at $50.00 per hour.  Reed class fees are negotiable.
